What mission?
As part of a dynamic and creative team of five people, your main role will be to
handling customer relations and coordinating the implementation of the various services.
Your duties will include :
- Setting up excursions (creating vouchers, booking, coordinating with service providers, monitoring, etc.).

- Ensuring that information is properly passed on within the team and to service providers
- Responding to and coordinating last-minute incoming requests
- Liaise with service providers and the agency's partners
- Assist the stage manager, where necessary, in the preparation of certain experiments
Profile required:
- Young graduate in tourism ;
- A rigorous, dynamic person with a great ability to adapt to the unexpected;
- You enjoy working as part of a team;
- You have a good level of oral expression and comprehension of English (B2 minimum), another level of English is required.

- You know how to prioritise and organise your work according to urgent requirements;
- Driving licence required;
- Ideally, you are interested in and sensitive to heritage and gastronomy;
You have a good command of standard IT tools.
Terms and conditions:
Contract based on profile: 9-month fixed-term contract, renewable with possibility of permanent contract. Possibility
to work as a self-employed entrepreneur.
Remuneration according to profile (around €1,600 net per month)
Position to be filled on 1 March 2025.
